Historically speaking, brogues have a country/casual origin and are not appropriate for suits. However, this is an anachronistic view that doesn’t really hold any more. Black brogues have been a staple for who knows how long. The two would be ok together, wear in good health.
As an aside … consider switching your black suit for navy or gray. We prefer black for formal occasions only.
